Founder, JoAnne Holt, has worked as a financial expert with parties involved in separation and divorce for over a decade. She wants to offer a new way to assist the party who has to vacate the marital residence, the one faced with an immediate need for housing at a very emotional and unstable financial time. The result often puts additional financial and emotional strain during a very difficult time. They do not know what their financial situation will be when the divorce is final, yet are being challenged with having to make a long-term commitment NOW and sometimes even having to buy all new furnishings. JoAnne saw a need to offer these families an alternative and better solution!
